At SNIDEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
